1. Plastic molded Handle with webbing
2. 4 (four) 1" Wide-mouthed Tri-Glides
The tri-glides attach to your leash, and the handle attaches to the tri-glides via the webbing. Depending upon the size and feistiness of your dog, 2 tri-glides might do the job, but if you have Labrador Retrievers or another type of large dog, you best use all 4!
